Your route into the UAE and the Gulf

We register your products with Dubai Municipality, import them, and put them on shelves across the UAE. You sell here without opening a company, hiring anyone, or leaving home.

What we do

Everything needed to sell here, in one place

We have done all of this for our own brand. Our prices are on this page, so you can work out your costs before you write to us.

01

Product registration

Each product filed with Dubai Municipality (Montaji) so it can be sold legally in the UAE. We prepare the file, handle the questions, and send you the approval.

AED 1,200 – 1,500 per productGovernment fees included
02

Import & customs

Shipping documents, customs clearance and delivery into our Dubai storage. You ship to one address and we take it from there.

03

Arabic labelling

Arabic labels written and printed to meet UAE law. We check every claim on the box before it goes near a shelf.

04

Retail placement

Your products go into our own Dubai mall kiosk first, then out to salons, clinics, pharmacies and stores.

05

E-commerce

Listed and managed on Amazon.ae and Noon, the two marketplaces UAE shoppers actually use. Photos, copy, pricing and stock.

06

Marketing support

Local social media, in-store testers and beauty consultants who know how to explain your range to a customer standing in front of them.

Market entry package

Registration, labels and a launch plan — one price

The complete route to market for a new brand: product registration, label compliance, importer setup and a placement plan for your first year in the UAE.

The market

Why the UAE is the right first stop

A small country that buys a lot of beauty, and the door to the wider Gulf. Korean and Japanese products already have a strong name here.

How it works

Five steps, from first call to first shelf

Most brands go from first conversation to first sale in about three to four months.

Step 01Documents

You send product details, ingredients and artwork. We check what the UAE will accept and flag anything that needs changing.

Step 02Registration

We file each product with Dubai Municipality and get your Montaji approval.

Step 03Import

First order ships. We clear customs and store the stock in Dubai.

Step 04Retail

Products go live in our kiosk, on Amazon.ae and Noon, then out to shops.

Step 05Growth

We report on what sells, reorder, and open bigger chains and Union Coop.

Proof, not promises

We sell beauty ourselves

Most distributors only move boxes. We run a shop. Your product gets tried by real customers in week one, and we can tell you what they said.

  • Our own premium kiosk in a Dubai mall, with trained consultants and testers
  • 42 products of our own across 9 collections, all registered and selling
  • We learned the Dubai Municipality process on our own money, not from a manual
  • Our own range is inspired by Korean and Japanese beauty, so we understand yours

Why us

What you get that a freight agent cannot give you

Government SME status

Registered with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development, member 207468, and a Dubai Chamber member.

A licence that covers cosmetics

DET Commercial Licence 1487496, valid to March 2027, covering Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading and Beauty & Personal Care Requisites Trading.

A founder you can meet

You deal with Sumaiya Al Ansari directly — an Emirati owner with her name on the licence, not a sales agent who changes every quarter.

Open pricing

Our fees are printed on this page. You know the cost of entering the UAE before you send us a single email.

One partner, not five

Registration, import, labelling, retail and marketing under one roof, so nothing falls between two companies.

Distribution, if you want it

For brands ready to commit, we buy at around 50% of retail and place the range ourselves at 30–40% off retail.
