An order is a request to buy. It becomes a sale once we confirm it. If something is out of stock or priced wrongly, we will tell you and you can change or cancel the order.
Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
We deliver across the UAE. Times given are working days and are our best estimate, not a guarantee. See Delivery & Returns.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicine. Read the label, follow the directions, and patch-test if your skin is sensitive. If you have a skin condition or you are pregnant, speak to a doctor first. Stop using a product if it irritates your skin.
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit to use. We are not responsible for a reaction caused by ignoring the directions or a known allergy. Nothing here removes rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
